About the chef:

Chef Michele Dal Cero graduated with (AHLEI) American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, in Executive F&B Manager and started his working career from London in 2001 and worked his way up reaching out to 5-star luxury brand Hotels such as Intercontinental, Hilton, The Shilla (Korean luxury brand) & Shangri-la. He has spent most of his career in Asia, that adds on to his knowledge and experience in Far-East cuisine.
