It Takes a Village:
Being working mothers, Aditi Prasad and Vishwa Dave, Co-Founders of MiniRoo, had significant moments in their parenting journey where their village/support system enabled them to not only be business women and entrepreneurs but also, the best moms that they could be! It indeed does take a village to raise a child and this is true of every mother and father in their own parenting journey. A “village” can be anyone really – from a doting mother/mother-in-law to even mom-squads or nannies.
On occassion of MiniRoo’s first year anniversary and marking their fourth event for the kids and parents in Chennai, they partnered with award-winning baby and maternity photographer, Mommy Shots by Amrita and invited 25 women from different walks of life to bring in their “village” for a special photoshoot which involved everyone.
These amazing parents have then shared their personal stories on instagram/facebook about their parenting journey using images from the shoot to express their gratitude towards the “village” that helps them raise their kids.
