Coorg
If you are an avid coffee drinker, then you are in the right place. Coorg is one of the best places for coffee lovers and is renowned for its lush green coffee plantations. To get a real feel of the plantations stay at one of the many homestays situated on coffee estates. Plantation Tours (on foot or jeep) are a great way to learn about the history and art of your favourite drink, as you sip on freshly brewed coffee. Chikmagalur
It is known as “coffee land” of Karnataka although Chikmagalur has tea plantation as well, it is widely known for the coffee plantations. Chikmagalur is a hill station located in Baba Budan Hills and Hassan is the closest town located at a distance of 55 km. Bangalore is at a distance of 251 kms. The coffee is grown at an altitude between 2,000 and 3,500 ft, with the production of Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. Known for its coffee plantation, the view from the hills is splendid, with views of the valleys and white blossoms of coffee plantation and streams. Wayanad
