The black food truck with bright, colourful graffiti has a cheerful vibe to it. Also, there is music to add further to your mood. Chaska, the food truck is a great place to savour delicious Tibetan food (considering there are not many places that serve the popular cuisine in Chennai!). The truck is parked from 4 pm till about 10 pm.

Be prepared to stand in queue to get your hands on your favourite dish. You can choose from a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian momos, noodles, rice and plenty of side dishes. The truck is owned and managed by a hardcore foodie, Rakesh Raj, who prefers to be called Rikki. He is present to strike a conversation with customers and make interesting suggestions. It is friendly nature that has also gone down well with city food lovers. The truck has a three-member cooking team, who are constantly churning out orders by the dozen.
