Their biggest draw is their Spico Parmesan Wheel sitting at the counter, imported from Italy and aged about 18 months. The Parmesan cheese has a distinct nutty flavour, which becomes stronger as it ages. At Fromage, they prepare pasta on the parmesan wheel, which brings out the delicious flavours of the cheese and is purely divine.
Majority of the dishes on the menu have a connection with cheese. Be it the Tian of vegetables with roasted pumpkin sauce; spinach, corn and cheddar tart; sweet and spicy chicken wings served with blue cheese dip; Cajun spiced chicken skewers with curried mayonnaise or the main course filled with lasagnas, pastas and risottos.
