This February, Amir Mahal in Royapettah provides the perfect backdrop for an exclusive offering of out-of-the-box food vendors to Chennai foodies! More than 50 food stalls (with sufficient seating and eating capacity) will offer tantalizing treat of exotic international cuisines! Expect everything from Malaysian Nasi Goreng to Australian barbeque, Japanese Ramen and Swedish cakes.
And if you aren’t yet spoilt for choice, you will be, with the offerings of home chefs, artisan bakers and previous SuperChef winners and participants who will add their home-cooked specialties to the menu! For the uninitiated, SuperChef is a city-wide cooking contest for amateur cooks. Last year the carnival was well-received by Chennai’s foodies, celebs and general public.
All proceeds go toward charity, in the form of support to long-standing health and education projects!
