Block your dates! On June 23 and 24, the city will host a two-day carnival where you can have a good time with friends and family. To be held at Tiki Taka in T Nagar, Madras Margarita will see a lot of excitement under one roof. There is a whole lot of things planned at the free two-day event.
You can attend workshops on summer salad making, origami or styling. Some of the best brands from Chennai and other cities will display their fare – you can shop till you drop. There is a special Quiz session for all those who think they have General Knowledge on their fingertips. They also have a Book Exchange event lined up in their list of activities, where you can exchange your well-thumbed book with someone else’s well-thumbed book. The carnival will also have goodies from the kitchens of home-chefs that you can devour, when you are hungry from all the action around.
There is also a Kids’ activity zone, where your little one can partake in various interesting activities like art and craft, gardening, block printing or decorating a cupcake.
