A Salad making workshop like none other which recreates flavours from different cuisines across the globe from locally available fresh produce in Chennai!

Namrata of Käse cheese will cover  5 different gourmet type salads with a diverse burst of flavours: Hawaiian poke bowl, Mediterranean Medley, Mexican Fiesta, Crunchy Thai and Pear, Walnut & Brie salad. Come hungry as there will be a DIY Salad bar between each salad demo which will make for a fresh, tasty wholesome lunch!
